July 2022 European Vacation via Insight group travel (Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Czech Republic, Hungary and Italy)

Abigail was so patient, kind and helpful during our vacation of a lifetime planning.  Not only did the COVID pandemic throw a wrench in the world's plans, it stopped our prepaid trip in it's tracks.  We switched our plans, changed our whole trip.  Abigail handled everything with aplomb.  She was very attentive, answered all of our questions, offered reasonable solutions and held our hand through the whole process, whether it was by phone or email.   She gave great advice on when to purchase international plane tickets and took care of everything (other than the bill, lol). Abigail  is a gem!  We look forward to having Abigail work with us in the future for our next trip.

 Our last destination of travel.. Iceland, July 2024

Abigail Bumanlag, Abie as we call her, was our guiding light suggesting and planning our trip to Iceland . Abie also did all the planning connecting us with a small group of travelers for a week’s trip.  Our part of the trip was to arrive at BWI International airport and board the plane with luggage. 

Abie kept us informed through phone and email contact throughout the entire travel planning process.  She is always available to answer questions so that we remained assured our upcoming travel was both safe and enjoyable and that we had all necessary documentation to travel to, during our trip and return to our home destination.  We will be traveling again soon to wherever and we will plan through Abie already knowing the process will be effortless.  We highly suggest you give her a try when planning your next adventure.

Rocky Mountaineer Train (Canada)

Abigail was an outstanding travel agent, showing real interest in what we were trying to accomplish on an anniversary trip on the Rocky Mountaineer.  She insured that the hotels booked knew it was our anniversary and they all provide a special treat for us.  Will definitely look up Abigail when we use a travel agent again.
