3. Let the Magic Begin
Once your form and planning fee are complete, we begin crafting your custom travel proposal. Every itinerary is designed with intention and care.
4. Review + Refine
You'll receive a personalized proposal to review at your own pace. We’ll adjust and fine-tune it for up to 3 revisions.
5. Your Approval
Once you're happy with the details, we’ll confirm everything with your go-ahead. No bookings are made without your clear approval. Deposit is due at this time.
6. Confirm + Secure
We handle all travel reservations with our trusted partners and suppliers to ensure your trip is seamless and stress-free.
7. Final Touches
You’ll receive your finalized travel documents once final payment is received—both digital and printable.
8. Before You Go
We’ll do a pre-departure check-in with helpful reminders, last-minute tips, and answers to any lingering questions.
